Did
you know you could be walking around with up to 25 pounds of undigested
food, slime, foul and putrefied fecal matter trapped in your intestinal
tract? Yikes! This is not good, by any means. Can you imagine the
amount of toxins all this “dead yuck” is producing just for you? I
bet you can! Read on ...
Do you suffer from acne, allergies, bad breathe, bloating, belching,
constipation, decreased energy, diarrhea, digestive problems, fatigue,
hair loss, headache, heartburn, gas, indigestion, insomnia, low
energy, low sex drive, poor sexual performance, poor memory, protruding
gut, reduced resistance to infections, skin problems, weight gain,
difficulty losing weight or slimming of your sides or waistline?
Then there’s a great possibility you suffer from “auto-intoxification”

If
We Have To Push, Rush, Strain or Wait ... Then We've Got A Problem!
A
healthy bowel movement shouldn't require any effort on your behalf.
Proper elimination should happen quickly, and in under a few minutes.
A healthy stool should be solid, but should float or sink slowly.
A healthy stool should require a small amount of tissue paper for
cleanup. Keep this in mind every time: if you have to push, there's
something wrong. If you have to strain, there's something wrong.
If you don't go for days, there's something wrong. When it's time
to go, don't wait. GO! Don't ignore the urge. That's when constipation
and long-term problems begin.
"ONE
MEAL IN – ONE MEAL OUT!"
How
can you really tell if you have a build up of undigested food and
deadly fecal matter trapped inside you? If you don’t eliminate after
every meal and/or between meals – you could be in trouble. If you
only eliminate twice a week or every other day you could be in really
big trouble. Your intestines are very likely blocked up and building
up deadly toxins with every meal.
The Function of the Bowels – What/Why/How ...
Your
intestinal tract (about 25-30 feet long; which starts at the mouth
and ends at the rectum; and includes the small and large intestines)
has two main functions:
(1)
to absorb nutrients so the body can grow and function properly
at optimum health and ...
(2)
to eliminate waste from the body to ensure a healthy body devoid
of toxins and putrefied organisms and evil parasites.
A
body without the proper expulsion of such toxic waste matters can
ultimately cause illness, disease … even death in an individual.

There
are two main causes of “auto-intoxication”: (1) lifestyle
and (2) eating habits:
-
We do not eat the right foods (i.e., containing
high amounts of raw, natural fiber). Instead, the foods we eat
are not natural or whole at all; rather, they’re processed by
man’s machines (i.e., high-fat, artificially flavored, artificially
colored, loaded with preservatives).
FIBER SOURCES: All vegetables and fruits and nuts. Some grains,
but I personally shy away from “bread products” in general. In
addition to veggies, fruits and nuts, I’ll incorporate black beans,
lentils and brown rice into my diet as well.

Non-Fiber foods to avoid include red meat (meat
does not contain any fiber), pork, canned meats,
sardines, pepperoni, bacon, sausage, hot dogs, (meat) hamburgers,
most restaurant dishes, hams, bologna, meat extenders, fast food,
Raman noodles … just to name a few items.
-
We do not get enough exercise.
We sit around all day at work and lie around all night at home
watching TV … and then, it’s time for bed.
- We
do not drink enough water. Today’s consumer drinks more
soda, coffee and colored sugar water (i.e., boxed/bottled juice)
than they do water – period!
- As
we age the amount of digestive enzymes we produce start to diminish.
We should all be taking digestive enzymes (with every meal) to
ensure thorough digestion every time.
Over
the years our bodies simply fill up, layer upon layer, of undigested,
putrefying waste. Can drugs like antacids, gas relievers and laxatives
help? You tell me. (Hint: Absolutely NOT!) They’re full of
and only offer temporary relief. In some cases, drugs can cause
negative side effects in addition to your already poor health condition.
Drug companies “sell” drugs to make money. Do you really think they
care about our long-term health? I don’t think so. Frankly, they’re
full of their own
in my opinion.

The
best solution to a bloated gut (and other symptoms of a toxic intestinal
